If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the customer.

Payment must be successfully completed before a trailer is released for delivery or collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All payment terms will be communicated clearly before payment is made.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery options for eligible trailers.
Shipping costs depend on the trailer, delivery location, distance, size, weight, and transportation requirements.
Standard delivery charges start from €250.
The final delivery cost will be confirmed before dispatch.
Estimated delivery times are generally 3–10 business days, but actual delivery times may vary because of carrier availability, weather, transportation conditions, and other circumstances.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

8. Trailer Inspection

9. Used Trailers
Used trailers are sold according to the condition and information provided on the relevant product listing.
Normal wear and tear, age-related characteristics, and defects that were clearly disclosed before purchase are not considered undisclosed defects.
Any mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
10. Warranty
If a warranty applies to a particular trailer, the applicable warranty information will be provided on the product listing or in the purchase documentation.
Any statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.
