All orders require 1–3 business days handling time after order confirmation and payment verification.
During this time, we prepare your trailer for shipment and arrange transportation.

Castle Hill Trailers does not operate its own delivery fleet. All shipments are handled by qualified and insured transport providers.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after handling time, depending on location and transport schedules.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, transport availability, or other unforeseen factors. Customers will be contacted to coordinate delivery details once the order is confirmed.

5. Shipping Costs

We offer a fixed shipping fee of $900 USD for deliveries within the United States.

Shipping is not included in the listed trailer price unless stated otherwise.
The shipping fee will be confirmed before finalizing your order.

6. Local Pickup Option

Customers may choose to pick up their trailer from Lockwood, Montana by appointment only.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring their towing vehicle and equipment are legal, safe, and compliant with all state and federal regulations.

7. Delivery Inspection & Acceptance

Upon delivery or pickup, buyers must inspect the trailer for any visible damage.

Any damage must be reported immediately at the time of delivery or pickup.
Once the trailer is accepted, it is considered delivered in satisfactory condition.
