1. Trailer Sales – General Policy
- Horse trailers and cargo trailers are considered large, specialized items.
- Returns are not accepted once a trailer has been delivered or picked up, except where required by law.
- Buyers are encouraged to carefully review product details and ask questions before completing a purchase.
2. Inspection at Delivery or Pickup
- Buyers are responsible for inspecting the trailer at the time of delivery or pickup.
- Any visible damage or issues must be reported immediately at the time of delivery or pickup.
- Acceptance of the trailer confirms it has been received in satisfactory condition.
3. Deposits
- Deposits may be required to secure a trailer.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Deposits for custom-ordered or reserved trailers are not refundable.
4. Order Cancellations
- Order cancellation requests must be submitted before the trailer has been dispatched or prepared for delivery.
- Cancellation approval is at the discretion of Castle Hill Trailers.
- Approved cancellations may be subject to administrative or processing fees.
5. Refund Processing (If Applicable)
- Any approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
- Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable.
6. Used Trailers
- Used trailers are sold as-is, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
- Returns or refunds are not offered for used trailers after delivery or pickup.
