At Castle Hill Trailers, we provide reliable delivery services for horse trailers, cargo trailers, and other trailers purchased through our website.
Delivery Areas
We offer delivery throughout Germany. Delivery to remote areas or locations with restricted vehicle access may require an additional charge.
Delivery Charges
Shipping costs depend on the trailer size, delivery distance, weight, and transport requirements.

Delivery Time
Orders are normally delivered within 3–10 business days after payment and delivery arrangements have been confirmed.
Delivery times may vary depending on the trailer, destination, carrier availability, weather, and other transportation conditions.
Delivery Process
Once your order is ready for shipment:
- We confirm your delivery address.
- We arrange transportation with an appropriate carrier.
- We provide the estimated delivery date.
- The carrier contacts you regarding the delivery where applicable.
- You receive and inspect the trailer upon delivery.
Delivery Requirements
Customers must ensure that the delivery address is accessible to a suitable transport vehicle and that there is enough space to safely unload the trailer.
If the delivery location requires special arrangements, additional charges may apply.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your trailer carefully when it arrives. If you notice any visible damage, please document it with photographs and notify the delivery driver and Castle Hill Trailers immediately.
Additional Charges
Additional delivery charges may apply for:
- Remote or difficult-to-access locations
- Special unloading requirements
- Failed or missed deliveries
- Changes to the delivery address after dispatch
- Additional waiting time
- Oversized or specialized trailers
Any applicable additional charges will be communicated to you before they are incurred whenever possible.
International Delivery
